Looking for a space to ~ deepen embodied listening ~ play and explore and be in connection with others ~ practice expressive art modalities and somatic exercises to ground in the body and to do the work of unraveling white supremacy in our bodies. Then check out our workshop!

As we approach the hottest time of the year, when the sun is at its highest, we are creating a container to retreat to the underwaters. We turn to the element of water for support--to its fluidity; and to the portal of the body. We will explore what feels dry, tight, and stuck and needing the gift of the flow of water. This is an offering to connect with spirit, self and community, to practice and play with embodied listening. We will explore somatic practices such as dance and movement; as well as guided meditation, art and ritual.
