Reiki session with Ollie: 30 min: $65-$85

Somatic Connection + Reiki with Ollie:

A Somatic Connection Session with energy healing and Reiki for added support to your experience. (read below for somatic connection session description)

In person only : 1hr (30 min of somatic movement therapy and then Reiki): sliding scale $100-$130

Somatic Connection Session with Ollie:

I assist in mending the disconnect between the body, mind and heart ~ helping you reconnect to your inner child and Whole self through different pathways such as the expressive art modalities and somatic psychotherapy. I believe you know what you need ~ I help facilitate that deep listening. With a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach we explore the ways in which you need and want to work on. I offer a container where you can explore how your experiences of the world may affect connection and or disconnection with your body. We will use a variety of modalities and ways of expressing and connecting to yourself. Such as expressive arts modalities ~ this could include, movement, dance, art-making, sounding, talking, playing, writing or guided meditation.

Virtual or in person

50 min: sliding scale: $80-$120

Relationship Somatic Sessions with Ollie:

These sessions will help you deepen your connection to your Self and to your partner(s). I use somatic and psychotherapy modalities to help you navigate your conflict & repair, build trust and create deeper connections. We explore attachment styles and wounds, old ways of being and potential new ways of being, how to create more safety in the body & each other, and work on how to communicate in gentle and restorative ways.

If you are open to it, we can also explore expressive art modalities and certain dances I have practiced that I believe help foster connection and empathy. They also help you tune into your needs, desires, boundaries and provide clarity around how you want to engage in your relationships. Examples include: Authentic Movement, the basics of Argentine Tango, meditation, movement/dance, creative forming, writing & sounding.

In person or virtual: 1 hr: $125-$180

Relationship Sessions with Ollie Martin & Jacqui Meszaros (LMHC):

We combine our skills and modalities to hold space for doing the healing work in your relationships (romantic partnerships or with family members). We use somatic and psychotherapy modalities to help you navigate your conflict & repair, build trust and create deeper connections.

We explore attachment styles and wounds, old ways of being and potential new ways of being, how to create more safety in the body & each other, and work on how to communicate in gentle and restorative ways.

Having two space-holders, create an even stronger container and both of our skills to give you more support & guidance.
